Margaret Yang Yan

Margaret Yang Yan, CFA, is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Strategist at DailyFX since May 2020. Previously, Margaret held the position of Market Analyst at CMC Markets Singapore from February 2016 to May 2020, where notable contributions included increasing the company’s publicity through frequent appearances on major television and radio programs such as Bloomberg TV and Channel News Asia. Prior to that, Margaret was a Central Dealer at PhillipCapital from September 2011 to January 2016, executing trades for over 10 diversified funds with an aggregate AUM exceeding US$ 1.3 billion. Margaret also provided advisory services as a Dealer, managing a group of over 5000 trading accounts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, along with studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
