Brad Sova is a seasoned professional with a robust background in customer success and operational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success Operations at DailyPay, Inc. since February 2022, Brad has held various key roles within the company, including Director of Client Success Operations and Director of Customer Success Strategy. Prior to this, Brad worked at Spire for over six years, progressing through positions such as Workload Planning Manager and Financial Planning Analyst.
