Ethan Silverman

Ethan Silverman is a Business Development Representative at DailyPay, where responsibilities include sales and communication abilities. Prior experience includes a role as a Store Associate at Curaleaf, assisting patients with product selection for medical needs. At UF Hillel, Ethan founded The Hillel Wellness Initiative to promote positive mental health practices among students in the Jewish community and collaborated with wellness ambassadors and student groups for event planning. As an Administrative Intern at Becker Law Office, file management and communication for meeting arrangements were key tasks. Earlier experience as a Camp Counselor at Blue Star Camps involved supervising activities and promoting safety and inclusivity among campers. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Florida and graduated from Cooper City High School in 2020.
