Jacques Sexton

Jacques Sexton serves as the Associate General Counsel for Data at DailyPay, Inc., focusing on privacy, security, and governance since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jacques held various positions, including Data Attorney at Milbank LLP and Litigation Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Jacques is actively involved in the Council of Urban Professionals as Co-Chair of the Fellows (Alumni) Board and in the Metropolitan Black Bar Association as Co-Chair of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Section. Jacques holds a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Morehouse College, and completed Regents in Law and Humanities at Benjamin N. Cardozo High School.
