Ryan Marshall

Ryan Marshall is an experienced professional in payment operations and advancement leadership, currently serving as the Payment Operations Team Lead at DailyPay since November 2020, where responsibilities include managing a team of payment analysts and overseeing client off-boarding and payment reconciliation. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at DailyPay, achieving key milestones such as the transition to full-time management of a Jira ticket service desk and the establishment of fraud KPI requirements. Ryan's career also includes significant roles at Concordia University-St. Paul, leading prospect development initiatives and contributing to a $50 million campaign, as well as experience in sales engineering, planned giving marketing, and inventory management across multiple organizations.
