Steph Murray

Steph Murray is the Lead Technical Talent Partner at DailyPay, where they focus on hiring for global engineering, product, and security talent across multiple regions. Previously, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ESO, recruiting for technical positions in various countries and successfully hiring software engineers from intern to director level. Steph has also held roles in recruitment and management at companies such as Argento, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and RealTime Recruitment, where they specialized in IT recruitment. They earned a 2:1 BA(Hons) degree from the Royal Docks School of Business and Law at UEL.
