Ezgi Demir

Ezgi Demir currently serves as part of the Global Methods & Digitalization for Cost Engineering at Daimler Truck AG since January 2021. Prior experience includes working at Daimler AG from October 2018 to January 2021 as a Lean Consultant focusing on direct and indirect optimization projects under the Lean & Project Management CI Connect title. Ezgi also held positions at Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. from May 2015 to October 2018, first as an Arbeitsvorbereitungsingenieur managing methods, processes, systems, coordination, and budget, and then as a TOS/Kaizen Trainer specializing in TOS projects, Kaizen workshops, and continuous improvement training. Academic credentials include a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, obtained between 2007 and 2014.
