Thomas Zwick

Thomas Zwick was born in 1966 in Landau, Germany. He completed an apprenticeship program as a vehicle mechanic at BMW in Landau, followed by various continuing education measures. In 2011, he obtained "European Business Competence License (EBCL)" from the Wiesbaden Business School. In 2019, he became certified as General Manager at ESMT Berlin.

In June 1989, Thomas Zwick became an employee at the plant Wörth of Daimler-Benz AG. In 2002, he became member of the management of the union work place representation. Since 2008, he has been a member of Works Council body at Wörth/Germersheim, and became its chairman in 2015. Since 2015, he is member of the Central Works Council, where he is active as Chairman of the Logistics Commission.

In addition to his activity as employee representative, he performs various honorary functions in the area of trade unions.
