Adam Polcha

Adam Polcha has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Adam began their career as a Pool Boy at Raley's Pool Service, LLC in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Adam then joined Scott's Auto Trim as an Assistant, specializing in custom car and boat interior fabrication. In 2011, Adam joined MIRATECH Corporation as a Product Development Intern, where they gained hands-on experience in emissions testing, engine design, and control system optimization. Adam continued their journey in MIRATECH Corporation as a Product Development Engineer from 2014 to 2015, where they conducted in-depth literature reviews and translated customer requirements into technical specifications. In 2015, Adam joined Continental Industries a Division of Burndy LLC as a Product Engineer, overseeing the New Product Development projects and enhancing existing product offerings. Adam then moved to Navistar Inc. in 2016 as a Vehicle Electronics Integration Engineer, managing the interface between different departments and representing the plant in quality reports. Adam's most recent position was at Daimler Truck North America, where they worked as a Mechatronics Engineer from 2019 to 2022 and was later promoted to Project Lead Manufacturing Engineer.

Adam Polcha earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
