Greg Treinen

Vice President, On Highway Market Development at Daimler Trucks North America

Greg Treinen has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Greg joined Daimler Truck North America in 2006 and held multiple roles, including Vice President of On Highway Market Development, where they led teams in positioning and promoting Freightliner and Western Star products. Greg was also responsible for on-highway segment strategy, product marketing, and training. Prior to this, they served as a Product Marketing Manager for Heavy Vocational trucks and as an Acting Vice President for Vocational Market Development.

Before joining Daimler Truck North America, Treinen held various positions at Daimler Trucks North America, including Marketing Intern and Used Truck Acquisitions Coordinator. Greg also worked at Entercom as a Promotions Coordinator. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and stakeholder education.

Greg Treinen obtained a BS in Business Administration from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business in the years 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Marketing at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, during the years 2003 to 2005.
