Laura Hilts

Laura Hilts, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and product development. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager for Product Validation Engineering at Daimler Truck North America since June 2018, Laura has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Operating Unit Manager for the Innovation Manufacturing Plant and Senior Project Manager for New Product Development. Prior to her tenure at Daimler, Laura worked as an Account Manager for CLEAResult and held various positions at Kroger Customer Loyalty + Marketing, including Media Buyer and Media Coordinator. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Sustainability and Renewable Energy from Marylhurst University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Portland State University, and a dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Communication from the University of Washington.
