Lauren Layne

Lauren Layne is a seasoned professional at Daimler Truck North America, where current roles include Field Service Engineering Supervisor and Aftermarket Lifecycle Management Supervisor, overseeing teams and managing major project stock for aftermarket topics. As DEI Champion, Lauren completed a pilot program focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, serving as a representative in internal forums. Lauren also held positions such as Aftermarket Parts Optimization Supervisor and Communications Chair for the EQUAL Employee Resource Group, emphasizing service part documentation and LGBTQ+ advocacy. In addition to automotive industry experience, Lauren is a photographer at Lauren Enochs Photography and has held a supervisory role at Advantage Protection. Lauren holds a degree in Business Administration/Supply and Logistics Management from Portland State University.
