Michael Ciesielski

Michael Ciesielski is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at Daimler Trucks North America since June 2011, Michael focuses on technical support to reduce downtime and enhance quality while driving cost savings through production data analysis. Prior roles include Skilled Trade Supervisor at Aerotek Engineering, where responsibilities involved managing a tooling department, and various positions at AAM, including Manufacturing CNC Tooling Engineer and Manufacturing Process Engineer, where significant cost savings and successful transition projects were achieved. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
