Rachel Rawson-Chatterjee has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Rachel is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Daimler Truck North America since December 2021. Before that, they served as a Senior Recruiter at LeadVenture™ from November 2019 to December 2021, where they were responsible for full lifecycle recruiting and onboarding of candidates. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Staffing Consultant and Onsite Account Manager at Express Employment Professionals from November 2015 to April 2019, managing recruitment and providing onsite specialist duties. Rachel has also gained experience as an HR Coordinator at Takeda Oncology, coordinating new hire activities and processing job posts, as well as an HR Intern at Greater Lynn Senior Services, Inc.
Rachel Rawson-Chatterjee has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Industrial-Organizational (IO) studies from Oregon State University. Rachel also holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from UMass Boston. In addition, Rachel has obtained certifications in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston and is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified by HRCI.
