Rakesh Aneja

Rakesh Aneja has held various leadership roles in the automotive industry, currently serving as Vice President and Chief of eMobility at Daimler Truck North America since July 2016. Prior to this role, Rakesh was the Head of Powertrain Engineering at the same company and previously worked as the Department Head for Aftertreatment Performance and Emissions at Daimler Trucks Europe. Rakesh's extensive experience includes engineering roles at Daimler and Detroit Diesel Corporation, focusing on powertrain technology development and emissions systems. Rakesh holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, executive education credentials from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
