Tracy R.

Tracy R. has extensive work experience in supply chain management and continuous improvement roles at Daimler Trucks North America. Tracy started in 2002 as a Group Leader, overseeing the launch of engineering design changes in multiple manufacturing locations. From 2005 to 2008, they participated in an international team implementing IT projects. Tracy then served as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Lean Implementation Manager, responsible for deploying lean principles and coordinating training programs. Tracy also held the position of Director of Aftermarket Supply Chain Planning from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are the Director of Procurement and Supply at Daimler Truck North America, starting in 2021.

Tracy R. received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Supply and Logistics from Portland State University - School of Business in the years 2000 to 2002.
