Duncan Clayson

Duncan Clayson is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group Marketing Director at Dains Accountants & Advisors since May 2025, Duncan previously held the position of Head of Marketing for eEnergy from February 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included contributing to leadership efforts in advancing energy solutions aimed at achieving Net Zero. Prior to that, Duncan was the Head of Marketing at Yu Energy, focusing on challenging established energy suppliers. Duncan's career includes a significant tenure at Boots UK, where roles ranged from Head of Marketing for the Advantage Card scheme to various marketing management positions. Earlier experience includes an assistant buyer role at Sainsbury's. Duncan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Nottingham Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
