Dylan Pike has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Dylan has held various managerial roles in different industries. Dylan started their career at Dairy Queen where they worked as an Assistant General Manager for almost a decade. Dylan then joined the Indiana Army National Guard as a Health Care Specialist for six years. Following this, they worked at Indiana University Campus Recreational Sports as a Risk Management Mentor for two years. In 2016, Dylan joined the Sarasota County Health Dept as an Environmental Specialist. Dylan later transitioned to the private sector and joined Daiquiri Deck Raw Bar, where they held multiple roles including FOH Manager, General Manager, Area Manager, and Director of Training. Currently, Dylan serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Daiquiri Deck Raw Bar, where they focus on operations, customer service, and training & development to support the company's expansion plans.

Dylan Pike obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology with a concentration in Human Health and Disease from Indiana University, where they studied from 2008 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Dylan also holds certifications as a Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician from SOLO, obtained in April 2014, and as a National Registry Emergency Medical Technician from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, obtained in March 2010.
