Dair Development was founded in 2020 by Brian Flanagan as a full-service real estate development and asset management firm.  Dair has the unique ability to provide a wide range of services to construction lenders, equity investors, operating partners and property owners. Our services range from due diligence project monitoring, financial analysis, asset management, to comprehensive development management including assuming an at-risk development partner position.  Dair specializes in projects with significant capital investment whether it is a ground-up development, adaptive reuse, capital improvements or interior renovation.  With an emphasis on the New York City area, Dair is currently working on a variety of projects throughout the Tri-State region with total development budgets well in excess of $1bn.
