Rachel Jones

Rachel Jones is an experienced communications and stakeholder engagement professional with a diverse background in media management, policy development, and government relations. Currently serving as Media Manager and Stakeholder Engagement and Issues Manager at Dairy Australia since June 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Global Communications Manager at Nufarm and Corporate Communications Manager at Victoria Racing Club. With extensive experience at Baldwin Boyle Group as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, Rachel successfully implemented government relations strategies for Fonterra Australia. As Policy Manager at Australian Dairy Farmers, a focus on workforce development and farmer wellbeing was central to policy initiatives. Earlier roles include Communications Officer for the Office of the Hon Andrew Robb and Policy Adviser for the Office of Jason Wood MP, where Rachel developed policies and engaged with various stakeholders. Rachel holds a Masters Degree in Strategic Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from La Trobe University.
