Ashley Rosales, RDN, serves as the Nutrition & Industry Affairs Officer at the Dairy Council of California, a position held since July 2008, where responsibilities include setting and implementing nutrition science strategies and analyzing current research trends. Previously, Ashley held roles such as Program Director of Nutrition Science and Program Manager for Community Health, focusing on nutrition education and partnerships to enhance community health. Earlier career experiences include being a Project Manager at Napa State Hospital and a Clinical Dietitian at Kaiser Point West. Ashley holds a B.S. in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis, and completed a Dietetic Internship at Napa State Hospital.
