Prior to this, Elan has held various marketing and communications roles at companies such as Dairy MAX Inc., Capital One, Chick-fil-A-Franchise, and Hilton. Elan holds an MBA in Marketing from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a minor in Spanish from Spelman College.
