Chad Mitchell

Chad Mitchell is a seasoned professional in the dairy and food science sectors with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Technical Director of Dairy at DairyChem, Chad has previously held key positions including Director of Business Development at Bluegrass Ingredients and Principal Scientist for Concentrates and Flavors at Dairy Farmers of America. Earlier roles include Senior Technical Manager in Flavors at DAIRICONCEPTS, L.P., and Technical Manager for R&D at DairiConcepts. Chad's extensive experience encompasses product management, operations, research and development, innovation, and quality assurance, underscoring a comprehensive expertise in the field. An alumnus of Penn State University, Chad holds a degree in Food Science.
