Brandon Nelson has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Daisy Brand since 2007, where previous roles included Director of Innovation & Technical Services and Manager of Research and Development. Prior to joining Daisy Brand, Brandon worked as Research Scientist II at Schreiber Foods from 2005 to 2007. Brandon holds a Ph.D. and MS in Food Science from Cornell University, earned between 1999 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Utah State University, obtained from 1997 to 1999.
