Toby Mendenhall

Toby Mendenhall is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Plant Engineering Manager at Daisy Brand since August 2012, Toby previously held the same title at Leprino Foods from January 1994 to August 2012, where there was also experience as Maintenance Manager. Earlier in the career, Toby worked in Facility and Project Engineering at Associated Milk Producers Inc. from August 1988 to January 1994. Toby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from Oklahoma State University, completing studies in 1988.
