William Gscheidle

William Gscheidle has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. William started their career at Edy's Grand Ice Cream in 1992, where they worked as a Merchandiser and progressed to become a Route Sales Rep and eventually a Zone Manager. During their time at Edy's Grand Ice Cream, they were successful in growing sales by 330% in Indiana.

Later, Gscheidle joined Schwan's Consumer Brands in 2006 as a Customer Operations Supervisor and District Sales Manager. William then became the Customer Operations Manager and Division Manager for the Texas Division, where they were responsible for managing sales managers, field employees, and warehouses. William successfully delivered revenue at 111.45% to plan and effectively managed expenses.

Afterward, Gscheidle moved to Schwan's Consumer Brands in 2008, where they held the positions of Director - Sales Operations Strategy and Projects General Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for identifying and implementing strategic initiatives for Sales Operations. William also managed the Texas Region while developing a rotational position.

In 2010, Gscheidle joined The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as a District Market Manager. William led a team of Sales Managers and achieved strong results, with 29% positive comps over the previous year.

From 2012 to 2015, Gscheidle worked at CROSSMARK as the Division Manager for the Perishables Dedicated Team. William served as the main point of contact for retail activity for national food manufacturers, providing support in analytics, business insights, retail trends, and client negotiations.

Currently, Gscheidle holds the position of Regional Sales Manager at Daisy Brand, where they have been since 2015. William has successfully managed regional sales and retail groups.

William Gscheidle attended Buffalo Grove High School from 1981 to 1985. William then went on to Northern Illinois University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from 1989 to 1991.
