Nathan Sherratt

Nathan Sherratt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, training, and sports officiating. Currently serving as an Associate Trainer & Coach at neurobox since July 2025, Nathan also holds the position of Managing Director at The Third Team, a role focused on supporting referees and enhancing resilience for improved mental health and performance. As a referee for The Football Association since 2014, Nathan demonstrates a thorough understanding of FA rules, ensuring fairness and respect in the game. Additional roles include Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Daisy Chain and Associate Coach positions with Genius Within CIC and C Baird Consultancy Ltd. Since October 2023, Nathan has expanded expertise as a Neurodiversity Coach & Mentor with both Posturite Ltd and This is Me Agency Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Football Coaching and Management from UCFB.
