Ioanna Skarimpa

Ioanna Skarimpa is an experienced general manager with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Daisy Green since May 2022, Ioanna previously held the same role at Marugame Udon Europe from March 2021 to May 2022 and at Busaba Bangkok Thai from March 2014 to March 2021. Additionally, Ioanna gained experience as Assistant Manager at PRINCI LTD between January 2012 and October 2013 and as Supervisor at GALLERY CAFES LTD from October 2008 to October 2011. Ioanna holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of the Aegean.
