Martin Franks CMgr MCMI has extensive experience in IT support and management, having worked at companies such as Daisy Group and BT Global Services. At Daisy Group, Martin currently holds the role of Cloud Manager, overseeing teams of engineers and team leaders across the UK. Prior to this, at BT Global Services, Martin held positions such as Senior Support Engineer (Unix & Windows Support) and HP / BT Unix System Administrator (AIX/Linux & Solaris).
