Roland English

Roland English has extensive experience in technical support and management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the UC Support T3 Team Leader MCD and Systems Technical Support Manager at Daisy Group since December 2016, Roland has previously held the position of System Technical Support Manager at Alternative Networks since 1998. Before that, Roland worked as a Field Engineer at Echo Communications from 1995 to 1997, contributing to a strong foundation in engineering and technical support roles.
