Peter Misek

Peter Misek has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2015. Peter is currently a Director Board of Directors at ScaleHub and a Board Observer at MaxSold, both of which they began in 2022. In 2021, they were a Board Observer at Hypatos and a Director Board of Directors at CarDoor. Peter is also an Investor/Advisor at Incode Technologies, a Director Board of Directors at Countingup, PAPER, Daisy Intelligence Corporation, and FlipGive. Prior to this, they were a Founding Partner and prior Partner at BDC IT Venture Fund at Framework Venture Partners since 2015.

Peter Misek began their education in 1992, when they obtained a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University, with a focus in Accounting and Business/Management. Peter then pursued the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) certification. Following this, they obtained their CA from CICA in 1996 and 1997, and their CPA from AICPA in the same years. Lastly, they obtained their CFA from CFA Institute in 1998-2001.
