Dave Wilson

Dave Wilson has extensive experience in fire service and leadership, currently serving as Assistant Chief at Daisy Mountain Fire Department since January 2003. Over the years, Dave has held various roles including Deputy Chief of Operations, Public Information Officer, Battalion Chief, Captain, Engineer, and Firefighter/Paramedic, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in emergency response and management. Additionally, from June 2008 to March 2016, Dave served as Vice President for the Daisy Mountain Chapter of Northwest Valley Firefighters Local 4361, as well as a Local PAC Trustee, highlighting a commitment to both organizational leadership and community involvement.

Daisy Mountain Fire & Medical Department

The Daisy Mountain Fire District was formed in January 1988. The district encompasses roughly 100 square miles in the north central section of Maricopa County, Arizona. The district is governed by a five-member elected fire board. The department protects the citizen's of Anthem, Desert Hills and New River with four fire stations staffed with 88 sworn personnel as well as additional support staff. The Daisy Mountain Fire Department currently staffs a fleet of four paramedic engine companies, one ladder company, two paramedic rescues (ambulance), and one battalion command unit. In addition, the department maintains a fleet of support apparatus, including a hazardous materials support unit with tox-medic capability, several water tankers, several brush trucks, and several support and staff vehicles. The Daisy Mountain Fire Department is a member of the Phoenix Regional Automatic Aid System.
