Joe Syring has over 16 years of experience in sales and leadership roles. Joe started their career at United States Smokeless Tobacco as a Divisional Sales Manager, where they trained and supervised a team of Sales professionals. Joe was recognized for their leadership and sales results, leading to a promotion to National Sales Manager.

After that, they joined Eastman Outdoors as a National Sales Manager, where they managed a team of independent Sales Representatives and developed and implemented sales strategies. Joe also established solid relationships with business partners and collaborated with national retailers for effective brand promotion.

Following that, Joe worked at Crosman Corp. as a Regional Sales Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager. In these roles, they led a team of Sales Representatives, set goals for personal and business growth, and oversaw product forecast development and maintenance. Joe also collaborated with other departments to develop the Centerpoint line of crossbows.

Joe then served as the VP of Sales at OZONICS, where they represented the brand and created strategic plans for revenue growth and brand awareness. Joe also led independent Sales Representatives and oversaw consistent business routines with assigned accounts.

Most recently, Joe worked at Daisy Outdoor Products as the Vice President of Sales. In this role, they led an international Sales team, set the company's sales strategy, and achieved sales goals by exceeding established objectives. Joe also led a successful partnership with Wal-Mart for a new product line introduction.

Joe Syring studied at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
