Tom Roeder

Tom Roeder has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom served as the Global CFO at Daisy Outdoor Products, overseeing all financial aspects of the company and its international subsidiaries. Prior to that, they held the role of VP of Finance at Daisy US, where they had responsibilities in finance, accounting, and human resources. Tom also worked at Walmart as a Senior Finance Director, leading various departments within the Health and Wellness SBU. Before that, they held several finance roles at Freescale Semiconductor, where they contributed to process improvements and managed global cost accounting functions. Tom started their career as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse.

Between the years 1985 and 1989, Tom Roeder attended Southwestern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in Economics. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree focused on Finance and Strategy at Cameron University.
