Andrea A.

Andrea A. has a long history of working in the design industry. Andrea began their career in 2007 as a Motion Design Intern at XL Films, Ltd. In 2008, they became a Motion Graphics Designer at The Robot Agency, INC. In 2009, they were hired as a Junior Art Director at TPRB Advertising. From 2011 to 2013, Andrea was a Web Designer & Front-End Web Developer at Volusion and a Graphic Designer & Front-End Web Developer at Unleaded. Andrea was also Self Employed as a Graphic Designer from 2011 to 2016. From 2015 to 2016, Andrea held several roles at AIGA Houston, including Finance Director, Director of Partnerships, and Associate Director of Partnerships. In 2021, they were hired as a Lead Designer at Daito Design. Throughout their career, Andrea has been responsible for producing compelling creative work, conceptualizing and implementing design solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing people.

Andrea A. graduated from the University of Houston in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communications and Art History. In 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained a Membership from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF).
