Ellie Steer

Ellie Steer started their work experience as a Secretary to Chief Executive and Chairman's Office at THE MOTOR SPORTS ASSOCIATION LIMITED from January 2009 to July 2010. Ellie then worked as an HR Assistant at Jupiter Fund Management plc from August 2010 to May 2014 and later transitioned to the role of HR Advisor - Talent, Learning & Development from June 2014 to July 2016. Ellie then joined Handelsbanken as a Training and Development Business Partner from July 2016 to August 2019. Ellie further enhanced their career at Jane Street as a Talent Development Specialist from August 2019 to May 2021. Currently, Ellie holds the position of Learning and Development Director at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd since May 2021, and they have also taken on the role of Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion from July 2023.

Ellie Steer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Civilisations at the University of Leeds from 2003 to 2006. Later, from 2013 until 2016, they pursued a Post-Graduate Diploma Level 7 in Human Resources Management at CIPD.
