Rashad Fatullayev

Rashad Fatullayev has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rashad'smost recent role was as the Director of Network & Security at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd, a position they started in July 2020. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2020, they were the Co-Founder & Managing Director at FlowCraftNetworks.

Rashad also has a strong background in the media industry. From 2014 to 2019, they held the position of Director of Network & Telecoms at Viacom / Paramount Pictures, overseeing various multimedia entertainment brands. Before that, they worked at Viacom as a Senior Manager and Manager of Network & Telecoms from 2011 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Rashad held positions at KBR, a provider of products and services to the energy industry, and Halliburton KBR International, where they gained experience as Lead IT System Administrator and Network Analyst. Rashad also worked as a Desktop Analyst/Server Support at Halliburton KBR International and an Internet Technician at ADANet Internet Service Provider.

Rashad's professional journey began at Azercell Telecom BM/GSM Cellular Company, where they worked as a Customer Support Analyst. Rashad also served as a System Administrator at the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Republic.

Throughout their career, Rashad has gained extensive experience in network and telecoms management, system administration, and technical support.

Rashad Fatullayev completed their education in a chronological order. Rashad first obtained a Bachelor of Applied Math and Cybernetics degree from Baku State University from 1997 to 2001. Rashad then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology/System Programming from the same university, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. Finally, Rashad earned a PhD in Information processing and management systems from Baku State University between 2003 and 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rashad has also obtained various certifications, including the Guardicore Certified Segmentation Administrator from Guardicore in 2021 and the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert from Cisco in 2008.
