Rob O'Hare has extensive experience in talent acquisition and project management within the HR divisions of various companies, including Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd, GFT Group, and HSBC. Rob has a background in data analytics and project management, with a focus on recruitment, resourcing, and talent management strategies. Rob has also worked in recruitment operations, graduate recruitment, and as a co-founder/director in a technology-based business. Rob holds a B.A. Hons in Social Sciences from Nottingham Trent University and A Levels in Business Studies, Politics, and Accounting from Colchester Sixth Form College.
