Tim H.

Tim H. has a strong background in software development and project management. Tim started their career at Xerox as a Project Support Specialist in 2005 before moving on to become a Fidessa Consultant at Dresdner Kleinwort. In this role, they provided application support for the Frankfurt trading floor and also made improvements to support processes. Tim then worked as a Fidessa Consultant at Execution Limited, where they developed customizations to clients' Fidessa platforms. Tim later joined Banco Santander as a Fidessa Consultant, focusing on the implementation of Fidessa in Latin America. Tim then joined Fidessa as a Technical Project Manager, responsible for the technical delivery of the Fidessa Order Management System and scoping and delivering a new platform build for the company's first client in the Middle East. Tim also worked at Soundmouse as a Technical Project Manager, where they had line management responsibility for a team of resources and coordinated releases and client onboarding. Tim's most recent position is as Director - Front Office Development Lead at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd.

Tim H. attended Highams Park School from 1996 to 2003. Tim then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing & Management from the University of Leeds from 2003 to 2007.
