Towami Tomioka

Towami Tomioka, MBA has a strong tenure in the finance industry, with a focus on equity research sales and Japanese equity sales. Towami most recently worked at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd as the Director of Pan-Asia Equity Research Sales, a role they have held since April 2010. Prior to that, they worked at Daiwa Capital Markets as a Japanese Equity Sales professional from April 2007 to March 2010. Towami also has experience in the technology sector, having completed a summer internship at Japan IBM in 2005. In that role, they worked in the sales department for SMEs and served as the leader of a group of over 50 interns. Towami conducted 15 interviews with female managers to promote women empowerment within IBM Japan.

Towami Tomioka, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Geneva, which was obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Towami attended Université populaire de Geneve from 2014 to 2015, studying Spanish language. Towami also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Political Science from Keio University, completed from 2003 to 2007. Towami's high school education was acquired at Ochanomizu University Senior High School from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Towami has a certification in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute, obtained in 2023.
