Fusako Menna is an experienced risk management professional with a robust background in operational and third-party risk management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Director and Operational & Third Party Risk Manager at Daiwa Capital Markets since October 2019, Fusako Menna is responsible for developing the company's Operational Risk Management framework and enhancing processes across departments. Prior positions include Vice President roles at Rabobank and MUFG, where Fusako Menna optimized incident reporting, improved regulatory compliance, and enhanced collaboration among teams. Earlier career experiences at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, MUFG, Lehman Brothers, and Hartford Life provided a foundation in legal and compliance aspects of risk management. Fusako Menna holds multiple Master of Laws degrees from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Aoyama Gakuin University.
