Stephen Kelly

Stephen Kelly is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fixed income valuation and independent price verification. Currently serving as Director and US Head of Fixed Income IPV at Daiwa Capital Markets America Inc. since April 2014, Stephen oversees independent price testing reviews for a wide range of fixed income securities, including Agency MBS and corporate bonds. Prior roles include Associate Director and Assistant Vice President at Daiwa, along with consultant positions at Barclays Investment Bank and MarketAxess. Stephen's career began at Credit Suisse, where significant responsibilities included managing an extensive pricing process for various fixed income securities and ensuring quality control. Additional experience includes roles at Bridge Information Systems and Bloomberg LP, where analytical and operational skills in structured finance were honed. Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Scranton.
