Tom Liu is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in IT security and system administration. Currently serving as Associate Director of Technology at Daiwa Capital Markets America Inc. since March 2022, Tom specializes in Microsoft Intune configuration and B2B collaboration between Azure sites. Prior to this role, Tom held significant positions at Voya Financial as an IT Security Specialist and Senior Systems Administrator, where responsibilities included managing Windows and Linux servers, implementing security measures, and coordinating disaster recovery plans. Tom's expertise extends back to senior project management at Ace IT Solutions, where client network assessments and infrastructure management were key, as well as project leads and engineering roles at The Lloyd Group. Additional experience includes network administration at Universal Moving & Storage and support roles at Long Island State Veterans Home and Stony Brook University.
