KRISTA HAGLUND

Krista Haglund has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. KRISTA started their career as an Anticoagulation Clinical Pharmacist at The Polyclinic in 2008, where they monitored and implemented dosage changes for patients on warfarin and Lovenox. KRISTA worked under a prescriptive authority protocol with Polyclinic providers until 2010.

In 2009, Krista joined Mercury Pharmacy Services as a Consultant Pharmacist. KRISTA held this role for 11 years until 2020, providing expertise and guidance to ensure safe and effective medication use.

Most recently, Krista became the Vice President of Clinical Pharmacy at Daiya Healthcare in September 2020. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and medication management. KRISTA continues to contribute their extensive knowledge and experience in pharmacy practice to provide valuable insights and leadership in their current role.

Krista Haglund completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pharmacy at the University of Washington, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. KRISTA obtained additional certifications, including a General Pharmacy Practice Residency from the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Portland, OR in June 1998, and a Geriatric Certificate from the University of Washington in June 1997.
