Penny Silvernale

Penny Silvernale, is the Director of Human Resources at Daiya Healthcare.

Ms. Silvernale is responsible for managing Daiya Healthcare’s Human Resources department and provider credentialing.

Prior to joining the Daiya team, Ms. Silvernale served in a senior role with a regional consulting firm and a provider credentialing corporation. Her organizational tenacity, and innovative techniques were identified early in her corporate career. She brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge and experience.

Penny was born in upstate New York and has made the Pacific Northwest home for over 30 years. She enjoys traveling and is an avid reader.
