Beate Szadzik

Beate Szadzik has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Leiterin Führungs- und Personalentwicklungssysteme at DAK-Gesundheit since January 2012. Throughout a progressive career, Beate Szadzik has held various leadership roles in personnel development and change management at DAK-Gesundheit, including responsibilities in organizational development and workplace health management. Prior to this, Beate Szadzik worked at BKK Gesundheit from March 1997 to December 2011 as Leiterin Personalentwicklung. Academically, Beate Szadzik holds a Diplom in Sozialpädagogik and a Master of Arts in Beratung in der Arbeitswelt, Supervision, Coaching und Organisationsentwicklung from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, in addition to educational background at the University of Hull, England.
