Kasper Holm

Kasper Holm has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kasper most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Daka Denmark A/S, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Business Finance at DLG Group from October 2019 to March 2021. From 2015 to 2019, Holm worked at GRAINTEC, first as the CFO/Finance Director leading the company through a strategic turnaround, and later as the Finance Director/Interim Managing Director.

In 2014, Holm was the Head of Format Finance at Dansk Supermarked A/S, where they built and integrated the finance business partner functions for three commercial organizations. Kasper also held the position of Head of Controlling, Cost & Investments at DONG Energy from 2011 to 2014, leading a finance change management effort.

Earlier in their career, Holm worked at Cadbury Stimorol/Kraft Foods as the Head of the Danish finance function/CFO and later as the Finance Manager for Denmark, Norway, and Germany. Kasper also served as the Finance Manager for Cadbury Stimorol Denmark and as a Controller.

Holm began their career at Carlsberg Group, where they held various financial roles, including Controller for Carlsberg Danmark A/S and Finance Trainee at Carlsberg Poland. During this time, they were involved in projects such as the implementation of a European Finance Shared Service Centre and an administration excellence project.

Kasper Holm obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Aarhus University between 1995 and 1998. Kasper later pursued a Master's degree in Management Accounting at Aarhus University from 1998 to 2000. In 1999, Kasper also briefly attended Oregon State University to study Finance, although the degree obtained from this institution is unspecified.
