Kurtis C. McConn (K.C.) is an experienced aviation professional who has worked in various roles throughout their career. In 1994, they founded Dakota Air Parts International, Inc., which specializes in buying, selling, and supporting helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft and parts. Kurtis C. also founded PartsLogistics.com, an internet-based parts sourcing service for multiple industries. In 1997, they joined M International Inc. as Director of Business Development. In 2011, they became the CEO and FAA Accountable Manager of Air Services International LLC MRO USA, a FAA and EASA-authorized repair station. In 2014, they became the Managing Director of Air Services International DWC-LLC UAE, which provides aviation-related services. Prior to these roles, Kurtis was the T53 & T55 Sales Manager & FAA Licensed A & P Mechanic at McTurbine, Inc. from 1992 to 1993.

Kurtis C. McConn (K.C.) obtained their FAA Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Certification from FAA Licensed Part 145 Repair Station - Dakota Aerotech and their FAA Licensed Private Pilot Certification from Valley Aviation - FAA Part 61 Flight School in 1991-1992. Kurtis C. also obtained an FAA Instrument Rating Certification from Scottsdale Executive Flight Training in 2019. In addition, they obtained certifications in Pilatus PC-12 NG - Simulator & Type Rating from FlightSafety International in March 2019 and Pilatus PC-12 NG Simulator Training from SIMCOM Aviation Training in February 2015. Earlier, they received an Aircraft Pilot - Instrument Rated certification and an Airframe and Powerplant (A & P) Mechanic/Technician certification from Federal Aviation Administration in 1992 and 1991 respectively.
