Dan Ross

Dan Ross has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Dan started their career as a Project Engineer at Consulting Engineers Group in 2000. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at Energy Alternatives as a Project Engineer, where they focused on project management and design of power generation interconnection and solar panel system installations. In 2012, they joined NRG Reliability Solutions as an Inside Sales Engineer/Construction Manager. In this role, they provided engineering design, cost analysis, and project management for on-site peak-shaving and backup generator systems. Since 2015, Dan has been working at Dakota Electric Association as a Business Account Executive. In this role, they are responsible for managing large commercial and industrial accounts, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and implementing energy efficiency programs.

Dan Ross completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University from 1995 to 2000. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers in June 2016.
