Noah Fleckenstein

Noah Fleckenstein is an experienced professional currently serving as Area Manager and Project Manager at Dakota Matting and Environmental Solutions since May 2022. In addition to this role, Noah has been an Engineer Officer with the South Carolina Army National Guard since May 2018. Previously, Noah worked at Sterling as both Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager from March 2020 to April 2022, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, budget preparation, and stakeholder communication. Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The Citadel and is actively pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Project Management at American Military University, alongside completing training at the U.S. Army Engineer School.
